1. Legal Information & Ownership

Yieldmapr is owned and operated by Bensaad Mohamed, an individual sole trader registered in Algeria.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Yieldmapr, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Use of Service

Yieldmapr provides agricultural mapping and observation tools. You agree to use this service only for lawful agricultural management purposes and in accordance with local regulations.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account accessed via Google Sign-In. Yieldmapr is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account or failure to protect your login credentials.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments for Yieldmapr subscriptions are processed securely through Paddle. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as selected during checkout.

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our service. Our refund policy is as follows:

14-Day Guarantee: If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you have the right to cancel your initial subscription within 14 days of purchase.
Digital Content Exception: Refunds may not be provided once satellite data processing for a specific polygon has been initiated, as these are non-reversible digital costs.
Requesting a Refund: All refund requests are handled by Paddle.com support.

7. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the agricultural data and observations you input. Yieldmapr reserves the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our mapping algorithms and satellite processing models.

8. Limitation of Liability

Yieldmapr is provided "as is." While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that mapping data is 100% accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted. Agricultural decisions made based on this app are at the user's own risk.
